Please be aware that the reset email can sometimes take 5-10 minutes to reach your Inbox.
A reset password email is automatically sent to the email address that is linked to your PARE account. If it is not in the Inbox then check your SPAM folder in case the reset password email is redirected there.
Your device/IT network may be blocking emails from third party sites. Check your browser/network security set up. If necessary, contact your Placement Office or PEF Team, who can re-send you the reset password link directly from their organisation email address.
