You may not have received your activation email for one of the following reasons:-
- The account activation email may have been sent to your spam/junk folder. You will need to check this folder in case the activation email is redirected there.
- Your account may not have been set up yet on PARE, or your PARE account may have been set up under an incorrect email address. Check with your organisation’s Senior Admin.
- Your device/IT network may be blocking emails from third party sites. Check your browser/network security set up. If necessary, your Senior Admin can re-send you the activation link directly from their organisation email address.
