To reset your password, click on the Sign In link at the top right of the PARE screen, and click on the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the pop-up window:
In the Password Recovery screen, enter your PARE account email address. This should be your university email address if you are a university employee/learner, or your work email address if you work within a placement provider setting. Answer the simple sum, and click on the Recover Password button. The system will then send you a reset password email. Please be aware that sometimes this can take up to 10 minutes to arrive in your account. You may also need to check your spam/junk folder.
If you receive the ‘Invalid email or organisation ID’ message, when entering your email details in the Password Recovery screen, check the email address that you have entered in the Password Recovery screen, to ensure it contains no typos or additional spaces. Contact your organisation's placement staff to verify your account details if necessary, and they can send you the reset password email.
When you receive the reset password email, click on the reset password link in the email to set up a new password and to login into your account.
